Leadership Week. A fascinating week combining Leadership, Literacy and Outdoor Skills. For 5th to 8th grades, campers will enjoy participating in the National YELL (Youth Engaged in Leadership and Learning) Program. Exciting speakers will address leadership qualities,community involvement ,bullying and a unique way of experiencing literacy, all connected with the Woods, Water, Land and People of Maine.
Step up your fishing skills with this specialized program including IF&W Boater Safety and the "Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs (HOFNOD) program. Learn species, habitat, angling tips and spend lots of time on Maine’s streams, lakes and the ATLANTIC OCEAN
NASP certified instructors will guide the novice through all aspects of this challenging sport. IF&W ATV and Boater Safety certification. Campers will also take advantage of Greenland Point’s activities such as swimming, kayaking, canoeing, hiking and more.
High Seas is for ages 12 - 15. A week like none other exploring the teeming animal and plant life of our lakes and ocean. Imagine using a camera and other tools to discover the secrets of the under water world mingled with science literacy. All this and everything else the outdoor has to offer. Water safety. COST: $500
Our 1 Week programs begin on Sunday with a 4pm registration and end at 11am the following Friday.
